ALBANY, NY – On Wednesday, March 9, from 6:30-7:30 p.m., the City of Albany is holding an informational public meeting on the Madison Avenue Road Diet from South Allen Street to Lark Street. The project will reduce the number of travel lanes, while improving bicycle accommodations and making the road safer for pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers. The meeting will present the preferred Complete Streets alternative, including the selected bicycle infrastructure.
