It is the responsibility of the permit holder to supply the required materials to the Building Inspector so that the permit can be closed out and the Certificate of Occupancy issued.

In some instances we are able to issue a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy. All life safety items must be in place and certified prior to any Certificate being issued. In any case, Temporary Certificate of Occupancy can only be issued for up to one year.

Yes, there is a $100 fee that must be submitted with the Application for a CO. All materials and the fee must be submitted to us prior to a Final Inspection being performed.
