Total 612.70 acres, currently owned by William Kowal in the Town of Westerlo, NY. 1.2 The BOARD desires to hire a PROPOSER to address the need for appraisal services to determine Fair Market Value associated with potential for purchase of easement over the majority of the undeveloped property.
