1.1 The Albany Water Board (BOARD) hereby requests fee proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Appraisal Services to the Albany Water Board in connection with parcel 1: 127.-2-34.33, 11.53 acres, Parcel 2: 127.-2-34.31, 28.48 acres, Parcel 3: 127.-2-34.32, 6.41 acres. Total 46.42 acres, currently owned by Gary Kortright in the Town of Westerlo. 1.2 The BOARD desires to hire a PROPOSER to address the need for appraisal services to determine Fair Market Value associated with potential for fee-simple purchase.
