1.1 The Albany Water Board (BOARD) hereby requests fee proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Appraisal Services to the Albany Water Board in connection with parcel 1: 153.-2-13.11, 31.30 acres, currently for sale by Karen Pollio in the Town of Coeymans. 1.2 The BOARD desires to hire a PROPOSER to address the need for appraisal services to determine Fair Market Value associated with potential for fee simple purchase.
