1.1.The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to identify and retain a qualified Contractor to provide as-needed professional Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment services to the City of Albany. 1.2 The ensuing contract for these services and provision of materials will commence in or about 7/10/23, and will terminate on 9/30/2023, with one (1) two (2)-month extension periods.
