ALBANY, NY – A 26-year-old Albany man has been charged in connection with a homicide that occurred last month on Livingston Avenue.

Shaquille Moore was arrested following an investigation by members of the Albany Police Department.

On June 12, 2018 at approximately 6:15 p.m., Moore fired several rounds at 20-year-old Equan Fallen while in front of 448 Livingston Avenue. As a result, Fallen sustained a gunshot wound to his torso

Fallen was treated at the scene by medical personnel and transported to Albany Medical Center Hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.

Moore has been charged with one count of Murder 2nd and one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd.

He was arraigned in the Albany City Criminal Court and remanded to the Albany County Jail.
