The Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) oversees the City's Affirmative Action Plan, enforces the City’s Human Rights and MWBE Ordinance, is responsible for monitoring various compliance laws and policies, and serves as the City’s Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) officer. The EEO Officer handles complaints of discrimination and harassment within the City’s workforce.
