Established in 2013 by the City Council, the Sustainability Advisory Committee (SAC) is dedicated to advancing sustainability practices and uniting action on climate change within Albany. Composed of fifteen members, including appointed Albany residents and key City Officials, the SAC is a dynamic force driving positive change. Together, we are shaping a greener future for Albany by promoting energy efficiency, environmental conservation, and sustainable living.
