NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS


The City of Albany, NY Board of Contract and Supply will open sealed bids at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, September 5, 2008 for the following materials, goods and/or services:

• Pedestrian Bridge Over Manning Boulevard Demolition Project

Specifications and bid requirements are available in the Office of the City Clerk, Room 202 – City Hall, Albany, NY 12207. A refundable deposit of $25.00 in the form of a check made payable to the City of Albany, and a $5.00 separate check for handling charges is required when obtaining each specification. Bids must be received no later than 12 Noon on September 5, 2008 in the same office.

RFP for Software Consulting Services

The City of Albany requests proposals from professional software consulting firms for the software procurement and negotiations relating to the intermunicipal police computer aided dispatch (CAD), records management system (RMS) and 911 software implementations.  Copies of the RFP are available at the Department of Law, City Hall – Room 106, Albany, New York 12207, (518) 434-5050.  Responses are due on September 15, 2008 on or before 1:00 p.m.
