COLLECTING NEW WINTER COATS FOR ALBANY KIDS!Part of the National Make A Difference Day Program, the Mayor's Fall Drop Off is a community event collecting NEW winter items for needy children (pre-K through 5th grade) in Albany.
Saturday, October 22
Albany Devils Hockey Game 7PM at Times Union Center Be
part of the most encompassing national day of helping others and a
celebration of neighbors helping neighbors. Everyone is invited to this
community event collecting NEW winter items for needy school-aged children.
Bring in a NEW coat or $20 donation and receive a voucher for free admission to a future Devils game, and enter to win prizes! Can't make it to the game? Drop off at any of the following locations: DROP OFF LOCATIONS - City Hall - Lodge's Department Store - Lark Street BID - Downtown Albany BID - Central Avenue BID Items
can be purchased at Lodge's Department Store throughout the month of
October, at a discount, and left for donation there. Items can also be
dropped off at City Hall and other drop off locations throughout
October.
If you would like to make a cash donation, please make your
check payable to "Mayor's Fall Drop Off / Lodges Department Store". Checks can
be dropped off at City Hall or mailed to MAYOR'S FALL DROP OFF, Albany City
Hall, 24 Eagle Street, Room 402, Albany, NY 12207.
