Members of the Planning Board

The Planning Board reviews site plans that are submitted by Applicants who are interested in developing land within the City of Albany for residential, commercial or other uses. Decisions made by the Planning Board during this development review process reflect current zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations and other State or City laws.

The Board consists of five members appointed by the Mayor for a three-year term.
