Industrial and Commercial Incentive Board
The purpose of the Industrial and Commercial Incentive Board is to receive and review applications for certificates of eligibility for industrial and commercial structures and establishments within the City of Albany, to make findings and determinations on the qualifications of applicants for certificates of eligibility, to issue certificates of eligibility and amendments, to make recommendations on the termination of a tax exemption, and to make and promulgate rules and regulations to carry out the purposes of the Board.
As set forth in the City of Albany Code, the Board consists of the City Assessor and the members of the Board of Estimate and Apportionment.
