Board of Estimate and ApportionmentThe purpose of the Board of Estimate and Apportionment is to fix salaries and compensation, and determine the number and title of positions within the City of Albany government. As set forth in the City of Albany Charter, the Board consists of the Mayor, Comptroller (Chief City Auditor commencing January 1, 2010), President of the Common Council, Treasurer and Corporation Counsel.
