Board of Zoning AppealsThe Board of Zoning Appeals provides flexibility in City zoning provisions by giving citizens a forum for appeals without going through the courts. The Board meets twice monthly to consider applications for variances to the zoning regulations, special use and parking lot permits. The board consists of seven members, appointed by the Mayor to three-year terms. Members and Dates of Expiration
