Board Members for Zoning Appeals

The Board of Zoning Appeals independently provides a forum for Applicants and/or their representatives to appeal their case for a variance, or other special permit.  If your Zoning and Building Application for your development project was denied by the Division of Building and Codes, and you have applied for a variance or other special permit, Applicants and/or their representatives must attend a public hearing to address questions, comments or concerns from the Board (or other public attendees).
